Our story
We bought a home in Jávea. Then we learned what buyers actually need.
Explore Jávea started the simple way: we fell in love with the area, and we decided to buy our own home here. Like most international buyers, we had questions that listings don’t answer: which neighborhoods feel right year-round, what the real costs look like, and how to keep everything calm when you’re not local.
We went through the full journey ourselves: buying, renovating, setting the home up, finding reliable vendors, and building a practical system for ongoing maintenance. We learned where surprises happen and which small decisions make the biggest difference.
Now we share that experience so you can move faster with fewer surprises and better decisions.
We split our time between Austin and Jávea, so we build everything around what remote buyers actually need: clarity, momentum, and fewer “unknowns” between steps.
